New Business, Progressive Diets, More Weight Loss – What’s CrossFit?

Since the last time I posted, I’ve started a new business, gone full on OMAD with a mostly keto approach, given up CrossFit (not because I hate it, but because I don’t have enough hours in the day) and have lost about 20lbs.

Is this 20lbs of muscle? Maybe. I’m still strong. I can still lift heavy shit. Can I go and do 350lb deadlifts? Probably not, but I’m lighter, leaner, I feel better, I’m not injured, and I don’t have enough time to care about anything else, really.

I started making camera and bag straps. What? Yes. I couldn’t find what I wanted online, so I bought a bunch of supplies, and figured out how to make them myself. Dave saw my stacks of new supplies and about killed me.. “You’d better sell some fucking straps!” is about what he told me. HA. Okay! I can do that.

Fast forward about 8-9 months, and we now have a full blown camera, bag, and guitar strap business. Blossoming like whoa, I can’t keep up with sales or demands. I’ve been doing markets just about every weekend and selling them like crazy. They are a total hit, and the patterns and color options keep everyone coming back for more. SoRetro Straps is a play on my last name which is Soret. Get it? It’s become so successful that I’ve been able to book shows around the country. I will actually be traveling to Michigan for the summer to do various events and craft shows throughout the state. I leave in mid June, and won’t be coming back to FL til the end of September.

Dali is still charging ahead at full speed, so it’s Dali by day, and Straps by nights and weekend. It’s insane. I’ve been to CF once in the last month, and I’m hoping to go back sometime before the end of May, but I have the Jacksonville Jazz Fest coming up, along with another show called Vintage Market Days in Green Cove Springs. Anyway, this post isn’t supposed to be about straps, but about me. So..

OMAD. Or, One Meal a Day. I started doing this out of necessity, because with my craft/market events, I haven’t had time to eat more than once a day. So I decided to go full blown OMAD and just make it easier on myself. This means, I eat one meal a day. Usually just a nice big tasty lunch, but when I’m doing events, I’ll eat after the event is over with, or not at all depending on what time I finish. My meals usually consist of a giant salad with dressing and the meat of my choice, or a ton of chicken wings, or 3 or 4 hamburger patties with cheese and mushrooms, etc. Sometimes I go a little nuts at Five Guys, or I’ll eat a whole plateful of fajitas.

Where it’s strayed a bit from keto is what I have along with my meals. If we’re getting Mexican food, I’ll eat the corn tortilla chips. If I go to a BBQ place, I’ll have some cornbread. If we go to Five Guys, I’ll eat some french fries. And, if we go to the wing place, I’ll have tater tots, corn on the cob, or fries in addition to my food. It’s been working for me because I’m down more than 20 lbs since I started about 2 months ago, and at the lowest weight I’ve been in 12+ years. I weighed in at 189.2 this morning.

The biggest jump in weight loss came from cutting out the heavy cream in my coffee and switching back to unsweetened coconut cream from the can. This was also my initial start to it, so it could’ve just been a combination of everything. I’ve been wanting to cut back on dairy (again) and I finally made the switch off of cream again. The weight fell off, it seemed! Anyway. It was hard in the beginning to go back to OMAD, but that was simply out of being used to eating at night. When I started evaluating if I was really hungry, or if I was just used to eating, the answer almost always came down to I was just used to eating.

So, here we are. My 8 year CF anniversary is next month. I’d like to say I’m going to go, but we’ll see. I’ve been doing nothing but working nonstop and I love it. I’m visiting my mom right now in Madison, which is really the only reason I have time to even write this, but don’t worry, I brought a whole shitload of straps to sew while I’m here, and I’ll ship them all back to FL at the end of the week.

Finding the progress even when it feels like nothing is happening.

Hello! Here we are for out monthly update, and happy thanksgiving to all of my fellow Americans. I can’t believe a few things here:

  1. My dog is still alive. (she has cancer yay, 90 days post op!)
  2. My other dog is still alive. (he’ll be 16 this week whaat)
  3. It’s fucking the end of November.
  4. I skipped over decorating for Thanksgiving and skipped right to the Christmas decorations
  5. I’m capable of (and that I even care about) decorating a house in the midst of my chaotic life

Exciting stuff, I tell you. So.. Facebook memories decided to show me a super horrific picture of me Saturday. It was so bad, that I actually went to the gym for the Saturday WOD instead of going straight to shopping instead. It was a tough sell, but it was a bad picture. I then pestered Tom repeatedly to take some good pictures of me so that I could create what you will see below. I’m sure I was less than thrilled when he sent me the good picture, but now that I have my little timeline collage put together, it all worked out. I am capable of making far more flattering faces, but apparently he didn’t think those were picture-worthy. Thanks, Tom!

Here we go.

Left Photo. First starting CrossFit. I remember hating the picture. Look how fucking ginormous I am. My ass, my arms, my stomach, seriously what the fuck. Look at my clunky tennis shoes, good God, fat lady. Get your shit together.

Middle photo. What you can’t see is that there are like, 2 15lb plates on that lady bar. That puts that weight at a whopping 65 lbs, I know right?! 65lbs for me is laughable now. I can’t even tell you what I do with 65 lbs now. Nothing..? I usually skip right to 95, but that’s cool. 65 lbs on the bar, it is. And I look like I’m riding the struggle bus, hard. And what am I doing, deadlifting?? Seriously, I’m deadlifting 65 lbs here. Great job, lady. Crushing those 65lb deadlifts.

Right photo. I’m getting ready to run my 100m run in our partner relay. Yes, I ran like, 6 times on Saturday! Not usual, not common, but it was the only thing between getting and not getting that red-lettered RX on the board, so I sucked it up. (and my feet have been suffering since, so ridiculous.) And when I say run, I mean like, slow jog. People lapped me several times. Clearly I cared. I’m probably yelling at my teammates here, cheering them on, looking all tough and shit. I imagine this is likely the face I make on a regular basis when I’m out in public. Lady your kid is screaming, what the fuck. Hands on the hips, pissed about something, and looking rather formidable. Or ready to stomp on someone. Or ready to say something inappropriate. So feminine! Such a lady.

On the left, size XL shirt, size XL pants. Giant arms, giant face, giant ass. Belly that went for miles. Entirely miserable. Wondering if I’d ever be good at something. Pretending to be happy. I probably bent over like that thinking it would conceal something on my body. Nope.

Middle. Same. XL everything. Calves so big my socks slouched down. Probably left rings around my ankles.

Right. Size Small t-shirt. Size 10 lululemon. I could wear size 8, but I have too many size 10s I need to wear out. I’m thrilled the size Small shirt was comfortable enough to wear that day.

Over 40 pounds lost – Finally in the 180s!

As of this morning, post workout, I was 189.6. The last time I weighed this was probably the first 6 months that Dave and I dated. We ate a lot, we started a business, we rode our sportbikes, we didn’t exercise. The weight piled on for both of us. But here I am, under 190! I feel amazing. I am so proud of myself. I get compliments all the time, which I am still not used to, but they all make me smile. People are actually noticing! This is incredible!

My initial goal weight was 180. Now that I’m less than 10 lbs away from that, I’m reconsidering my goal weight, and possibly pushing it back a bit to more like, 175. We’ll see. I will assess and adjust as necessary!

One of the biggest issues though. I hate complaining, but I’m going to complain… is people asking me how to do Keto. Here are some of the questions I’ve gotten from people over the last couple months, and they pretty much all have the same fucking answer.

“Hey Alicia, if you could just give me the quick rundown of this keto thing, that would be great, thx.”

“Girl, tell me how you do this! What is keto?”

“I did some research and it’s kinda difficult because all I get is recipes and we both know I’m not gonna cook… I need the most basic form where I can like meal prep and know… how much I’m supposed to eat of each thing… I was wondering if you could help me out…”

“Are you on the keto diet? Any info you can provide would be awesome!”

“Wow you look great! I wanna do this, how do I do this?”

“Looking good! I’d love for you to send me this new diet of yours!”

“I just need someone to tell me what to do…”

While I love inspiring people, I am not your personal coach. I am not going to just give you all the answers. I will not sit down with you and write up a meal plan, for fuck’s sake. That’s your job. I did my research, you can do it too. If you would like to PAY ME to tell you what to do, I’d be happy to, and my going rate for unprofessional, uncertified diet and exercise advice is about $150/hr.  I’ll even take your happy ass to CrossFit at no extra charge and give you a good ass-kicking. Let me know.

I DO recommend that everyone who is interested run out and buy this book called Keto Clarity. The book answers so many questions, and breaks it down so simply.  It’s not difficult, but it does require dedication. For God’s sake, just GOOGLE IT! How the hell do you think I got all this information?? I didn’t create the diet… And the second someone responds with “Oh my god I could never do xyz.” I am instantly turned off, I’m sure I make a not-so-nice face, and typically respond with, “You’re right, good luck!” {turns and leaves..}

And after I finish this post, I will be putting together my own guide to keto, so that the next time someone asks me about it, I will just link them to here, which will then link them elsewhere.

Negative post? Sure. Honest post? Absolutely. Mad at me? Okay, fine. Don’t read my shit. But you know what? It’s also a really awesomely positive post, because, I’m in the 180s, bitches! I fucking deserve this! I’ve worked my ass off to get here, and I’ll be damned if I don’t fucking celebrate it!

Almost 40 lbs gone. Keto is Amazing.

So as you may or may not know, I’ve been adhering to a strictly keto diet since January 2017. I am about 1 pound away from my 40lb mark, which is fucking insane. I don’t feel different, but I do. I don’t constantly obsess over how I look or feel, or how gross my body feels, or how impossibly hard certain cardio shit is. My skin has been clear for over 6 months now.. not that I ever had a skin problem before, but now I really don’t! I can go more than a day without washing my hair (unheard of) because it’s not all gross after 5 hours of existing. I am proud of myself, I am happy to see myself in the mirror instead of immediately sucking in at a split second glimpse of my reflection. I am thrilled to fit into my clothes, and to even have some be too big! Replacing my wardrobe with smaller lululemon stuff is not really budget friendly, but it sure as shit feels awesome to go from their biggest size, a 12, to 8s and 10s! From a men’s XL to a men’s M. I even had to buy new shirts for Dali printing.. my normal, everyday mens L to mediums, and I just bought a stack of smalls to take over to the printer next week. Seriously, what the fuck. This is incredible! I’m wearing a men’s size small?!

As I sat in complete silence yesterday at my favorite pedicure place, I opted to read one of my books instead of mindlessly browse Facebook. The one I chose was Fight Cancer with a Ketogenic Diet, Third Edition: Using a Low-Carb, Fat-Burning Diet as Metabolic Therapy which is a book I bought back in April, but finally started to dive into it.

My main basis for starting keto is still to help prevent cancer. My ancestry is riddled with cancer, and when I did my DNA testing with 23andMe, and then plugged in info into a 3rd Party site, Promethease, I was floored at the number of cancer results that showed up. Seeing people all around me, loved ones, go through chemo, usually unsuccessfully, I vowed that I never wanted to do that.

After years of hearing how important food is to our survival, the nutrients, the content, what we eat, how we eat, food is medicine. It can heal us, it can kill us! And seeing how it healed my Siberian Husky, Tex, of his chronic yeast infections in his paws, I really started to realize how this shit is real. What we eat can really be our answer. How we choose to use food is up to us. What is monumentally upsetting, is the people who continue to go to their doctors, keep taking their pills for their health conditions, their high cholesterol, their diabetes, blah blah blah, and then EAT LIKE SHIT. Pizza, subs, fast food, soda full of sugar, alcohol, cigarettes. Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME?!

And doctors’ responses are usually something along the lines of… “it’s easier to get someone take a pill than to change their lifestyle.”

It is baffling to see the amount of garbage people continually eat, and they just exist. They’re not happy, but they don’t even know. They don’t even know what life can be. This is something I cannot change. I cannot change stupidity, idiocy. I can only attempt to help those who ask me for guidance, or direction. People who see the problems and have taken a stand, made a commitment to themselves, to fucking knock this shit off and really change their life this time.

omg. Anyway.. And for those who are like, oh man, don’t you wish you could have xyz?? No, not really. The only thing I truly miss is Cuban food, and that’s because that’s deeply rooted in my blood! White rice, plantains, black beans, cuban bread. That’s about it. Sugar turns my stomach. Alcohol makes me queasy. Bread will send me reeling in the other direction. It’s poison to me! My body doesn’t want it. And it’s showing! With 40 lbs gone, and the best bloodwork results I’ve EVER had, not to mention, a solid foundation to a potentially cancer-free future, I’m pretty fucking happy with the outcome so far.

CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!

Something I never imagined doing was RXing all the WODs in the Open, but I did! Naturally there were some movements that when we got to them, I couldn’t get past them, but that’s besides the point..

It also helps that they completely overhauled the Open in my opinion, to be more accessible to the masses, and not geared towards the elite few.

BUT. One gripe with the Open this year.. The scaled workouts were like, complete sissy workouts. It’s almost as if they just came up with things to keep people busy for the last 5 weeks, like. “Oh hey guys, the scaled people are here… yeah let’s just send them over to the corner where the toys are.. they’ll keep themselves busy til we’re done!”

But maybe not, but yeah that’s how I felt, and how lots of the scaled people who I knew felt, as well.

Anyway. Using this cool site that my friend shared, I was able to see that I ranked in the

Top 28% overall IN THE WORLD.
Top 27.3% in the SouthEast Region.
Top 25.8% in Florida and
Top 26.1% in my own gym.

CrossFit Level 2 – Earned! – February 25th & 26th, 2017

So, I posted earlier that I had signed up for my CF L2 in Salt Lake City at Ute CrossFit Downtown. I was nervous as all hell, didn’t know what to expect, what to do, if I would get through it, and all that nonsense. I finally got some peace of mind from Russ, and he told me to basically just enjoy it. There was no test, just go and learn some great things and have a good time. That was all well and good, til I started freaking out again the day before we were supposed to leave. Then my awesome friend Angela texted me and in short, said, get your shit together. Suck it up, it’s going to be awesome. So that’s what I did.

We had a lot of lecture time, but also a lot of group time, as well. We spent hours going over properly teaching and coaching methods, hands on training, principles, movements, scaling, writing WODs, programming in general, setting up classes. I loved it. I was completely nervous teaching my own group, where I chose to teach both Push Jerk and Push Press (separately), but in the end, I was able to smooth it out and talk through and demonstrate the transitions and steps of the movements.

I had 4 great trainers to guide me through the weekend. Eric O’Connor and Doug Zakaras, from CrossFit Park City, (fun fact, this gym was the first CF box in Utah, and is owned by Chris Spealler! Michele Mootz, one of the original CFers from CrossFit Aptos (she’s been doing CrossFit for 13 years!!) and Adrian Conway, a CF Games athlete who is interning to become a Level 2 Trainer.

All in all, a great weekend. I’m so glad I did it! Will I go on to be a trainer? Maybe someday. I do enjoy helping others. I would love to coach, and I’d love to be able to impact so many people’s lives who have already taken that first big step into the gym. Showing up is half the battle!

Anyway. Time for some photos. What a great experience!

Video Interview at Buzz Magazine – 10/13/16

So I never really imagined that my little website here would gain any sort of publicity or audience. Which is why I’ve been okay with discussing things of a more personal nature; up until now. I suppose I’ll have to own up to my faults and imperfections now. Which, really, I just had these thoughts this morning. We spend so much time making sure everything looks perfect, or perfectly messy, or simple and easy, but nothing is any of those things. It came up in my mind because I was stressing over how I’d look on camera, and people’s perceptions of me on camera vs in my pretty and perfect pictures that I post online, and I said fuck it. It is what it is. This is me. I am strong and capable, and knowledgeable, and this is who I am. This is what the world gets! (this sounds so horribly cheeseball…) I could use some improvements, but we’re not perfect, and if you read anything about anything on here, you’ll know about my flaws, and faults, and good days and bad. I strive to be better, but perfection is never in the cards. I strive to be happy, healthy, and content. (and really strong)

Backing up a bit…. Last week, before the storm, I was contacted by a local news publication that is known for its weekly coverage on local events, features, and everything Jacksonville. They do articles, reviews, best ofs, and so on. They are the publication I pick up every time I go to certain restaurants so I can catch up on what’s going on here in Jax. When they contacted me, I assumed it was for advertising, or some sort of scammy thing, and I was completely skeptical.

Message: Hi Alicia, I am the Health Editor for Jacksonville Buzz and we would love to feature you as a local Health Blogger on an upcoming video segment on our YouTube Channel. You would be our featured guest for the 5-minute health segment on Fitness/Health. Showtimes are usually Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday @ 8:30am. We do have an opening this Thursday (10/6) at 11:45am. Would that work for you? I look forward to hearing back from you to arrange a date. Taping is done at the BUZZ studio in our parent company CFM building at 1611 San Marco Blvd. A little about us…Buzz Magazine and Media was started more than 10 years ago to be a positive resource for the community. It has grown throughout the years to a readership of more than 100,000 with over 1,100 distribution points throughout Northeast Florida. BUZZ readers are looking for fun, interesting stories about what’s happening on the First Coast, from local entrepreneurs and nonprofits to kids’ picks and sports games to health and wellness. BUZZ is integrated with iwantaBUZZ.com and BUZZ YouTube Channel. Best Regards, Angie Green Health Editor, BUZZ Magazine iwantaBUZZ.com 1611 San Marco Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207

I responded, got some more info, panicked, and of course agreed. How cool! I didn’t think that my blog would get any sort of traction anywhere, but it was mentioned that I’m one of the very few maintained health and fitness blogs locally, and that’s an honor! I know I have great weeks and bad months, in regards to posting and keeping everything updated. This has definitely been a wake up call to keeping my posts up to date. We’ll see how long that lasts. 😉

Also, complete coincidence! My longtime Facebook friend (and reader of my blog, what’s up Stacey!!) Actually works for the parent company of Buzz, Client Focused Media. When I found this out, I thought, ohhhhh so this is how they found me! Great, thanks Stacey.. exactly what I wanted to do… a video feature.. But no, she says she had nothing to do with setting it up, that it was total coincidence, so I’ll take it! Love this girl.

It has been months since my last post.. I am still here.

I feel like I’m in a confessional. Forgive me Father.

I also feel like a broken record. I keep posting and apologizing for not posting. I’m thinking to reformat how I do this. I’m coming up on my 5 year CrossFit anniversary in a few months, and keeping track of my daily WODs… well, it’s really cool. But I suck at managing something that only feels like an obligation right now.

I’ve gone through so much in the last few weeks. A fast track to Hell and back. It wasn’t my Hell though, it was my Mom’s. I need to stop and spend some time and really devote a few hours to writing and updating this. So I can put it all in writing and give the story the time it deserves.

I am still here. I am still working crazy hours. I am still going to the gym. I just got home from spending a few weeks up north with my Mom and John. I am trying to find and establish my new normal. Trying to juggle my emotions from dealing with death and dying, to acting happy with customers, pretending like I care about what is seemingly now mundane bullshit. Trying to be healthy again. Trying to re-establish healthy choices. Trying to just be happy and content. Holy fuck. Trying to be happy.

When I see people I normally would have engaged in light-hearted conversations with, I turn and walk the other way. I don’t want to deal with it. I don’t want to deal with small talk or chit chat. I don’t want to be asked if I’m okay, or how are you holding up….? With big doe eyes. I’m fine. The reality is, all this small talk and chit chat doesn’t matter to me. And I’m tired of wasting my time on shit that doesn’t matter.

I just want to be alone, and work, and work out. And get shit done. I’m fine. I’m tired of crying, I’m tired of recanting the story, the series of events, the days, leading up to John’s passing.

I don’t want to argue about dimensions, or debate with customers about where their package is (thanks UPS…) The phone rings, and I cringe. The front door to the office opens and closes and I lock myself in my office, and hope that one of the boys deals with the in flux foot traffic.

I feel like this has been part of the real me all along, except I’m even more straightforward than ever before. Fake it til you make it? I don’t really care. Not right now, anyway. Maybe it’s just a phase. Maybe I’ll want to open up to people again, but right now, the only person who understands me is my Mom, and vice versa. If I’m not talking to, or spending time with my mom, then I just want to be alone. Please.

Monthly Update – May 2016

My training has been consistently inconsistent. I have really tried to stay in a good routine these last couple weeks, and just last week, I determined that I would work regular people hours like everyone else, regardless of what work was left for the day. This means I need to work on my efficiency, perhaps go in to the office earlier and get more done during my quiet time, and then be out the door by 5-5:30p. This allows me to go to the gym in the evening if I want to, eat dinner with Dave, watch a TV show or two, and then get to bed by 11p. Last week it worked pretty well, so I’m hoping that except for extreme install circumstances, or crazy deadlines that come up sometimes, that I can stick to that.

Today I came home around 4p, which was wildly luxurious. Dave and I had an early dinner, which was also fantastic, because it means I’m not eating at 9p and going to bed soon after. So bad!

My gym time has been 2-3 times a week, plus here and there at our neighbor’s gym, called Training for Warriors – River City. They are a CrossFit style gym, but without the dirt and grunge and nitty gritty. They have AC, no tires, no ropes, they don’t do Olympic lifts, but the body weight type stuff is very similar, as is the camaraderie. They are just starting out, and since we did some decals for them, I traded training time for installation time. Total win win for everyone!

So all in all, 4-5 times a week maybe. The TFW stuff is usually not as intense as CF, unless I make it more intense, or add in more reps. I hope they do well! They could really get a great customer base and following if people find out about them. It’s most of what people want from CF, but with AC and spotless equipment and spaces. The training and coaching is a bit more individualized, and it definitely can cater to an older population, too.

So, with my new ‘normal’ schedule happening again, I want to start blogging again. Stay tuned.

Jax Beach Sunrise

Jesus, I forgot how to post here – 3/24/16

So with this crazy turn of events at the office (two long-term employees left suddenly and within a few weeks of each other) I had to really prioritize the activities in my life. Obviously maintaining our business is important, and obviously my health/fitness is important, but there are only so many hours in a day/week/month and boom. Time has flown by.

I have eliminated, ignored and pushed away the things that simply don’t matter to me. I have adjusted my entire schedule to ensure that three things happen. a) I go to CrossFit b) every email and phone call is answered, every file is set up, and every order is produced, and c) I Sleep.

I eat when I can, whether from meal prep or simply by going out to eat. I try really fucking hard to go to bed before 11p. I get up at 5a to work out, and then I work my ass off the rest of the day, sometimes into the night. Gotta get shit done and I can only ask so much of my amazing boys who have stood by my side through all this chaos. Everyone has busted their butts to make this work, and we’re killing it. Sales are insane, business is insane. I’m learning a million things and proud as punch of what I’m capable of doing now, and beaming with pride at my efficiency. I love that my boys are right there with me, learning along the way, and we’re all doing whatever it takes to make it all happen.

What has suffered? Lots of things. Friendships, free time, shopping (boo hoo), wandering around Publix or Target to kill time, blogging, reading, my tan, my dogs (probably the worst part of all this…), my phone time.

I haven’t blogged consistently in months. I quit WAG (it sucks, you can keep your high carbs and nutty macro counting, I’ll keep my high fat, low carb diet). I don’t keep my phone near me in production anymore. I simply don’t have the time or energy to focus on meaningless texts. If it’s important, email me or call the office. If it’s not important, I’ll get to it later. I have quit making plans with friends, and I have quit attending most social functions and gatherings unless they are something I really want to be a part of. I have learned to say NO. Nope, I can’t. Nope, I’m fucking busy. Nope, I don’t have the time. Sorry. Sorry, not sorry. I have shit to do and if I put it off, I’ll just have even more shit to do.

We did manage to plan a few great weekends over the last month or so. We got to go to South Florida at the end of February for Dave’s grandfather’s birthday (96!) in which almost the entire family was in attendance! The next weekend, I was able to go down and visit with April and Preston! (Dave’s sister in law and new nephew!) and his mom even made it too. It was a fantastic way to spend time with them! And then this past weekend, we somehow pulled off the trip of a lifetime, and took all of our employees and their girlfriends to Miami for Ultra Music Festival. We booked a big condo in North Miami (Aventura) and made a vacation out of it. Friday through Monday, we danced, laughed, ate, hung out, talked, shared a bunch of amazing stories and created some awesome memories. I answered the Dali phone (forwarded to my cell!) all the way down on Friday, and then shut it down when we arrived. We got right back to it Tuesday morning and everything just fell back into place.

I will make a conscious effort to blog more. I have been keeping up on my workouts, going consistently to the gym and shooting for 3-5 times a week right now. Once I get used to the 6a classes, it’s not an issue, but once I miss a couple, it’s so easy to turn off my alarm and say fuck it, I’ll go later. (That’s what I did today!) The down side is, if I say I’ll go later, I can easily just be like whoops, ran out of time, oh well. I forced myself to go tonight and I was so glad I did.

So here we go: CF Day Whatever – Small Class – 3/24/16
