YES. This was a challenge. Total challenge. Bring it on. So the WOD was
in 10 minutes, do as many thrusters as you can. Whatever weight you choose.
The catch is, when you break a set or put the bar down, you have to do 5 burpees. YEAH. I did my first 50 or so unbroken. Stupid burpees. Then I did 30 and then 25 and then whatever, for a total of 115 thrusters at 45lbs. 🙂
My total weight moved was 5175, and I was so proud of that!!!
It was also squat day.
