Keto Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies (my mom makes these the best!)
The rest of the time you can find me eating eggs fried in butter, slabs of mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, full fat burgers, chicken sausage, slices of cheddar, salted almonds and cashews, steamed veggies with a crapload of butter, and drinking ample amounts of coffee with heavy whipping cream and stevia. Not all at once, though!
Seriously, this isn’t hard! You just have to commit. AND. Watch your protein intake! Too much protein and you’ll kick yourself out of ketosis. This is a process called gluconeogenesis. Read more about it here!
