CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
Man.. I have not been in the blogging mood lately! I am a week behind on posting my WODs and scores, and the longer I wait, the less I want to re-hash my experiences and scores.
Anyway.. Cindy was great! I didn’t look at my scores from before because I wanted to have an unbiased approach going in. The last time I did Cindy was almost TWO years ago, and I got 10 + 6 rounds.
This time around, I got 11 + 15! Now, I suppose I should expect a better increase than 1+ round, but still. I was happy with the improvement. š
Cindy, for reference, is
20 min AMRAP
5 pull ups (I used the green band this time and last time.. I need to get away from that green band and move to a purple one.)
10 push ups
15 air squats
