YEAH!!! FINAAALLLY PRed my strict press! Seriously, it’s been a year and a half in the making, I’ve been sitting at 105. It’s been so hard for me to get past that!
Today I got 110, screamed with excitement, and then went for and got 115 today! Happy Happy Happy! Hard work pays off. My shoulders are finally coming around!
