WOD – for time.

I RXed it with the 55lb KB, and finished in 13:29. 🙂 My hands hurt.
I had come in for Oly Club at 6:30p, and stayed for the 7:30p WOD. After snatches, DLs, cleans, clean pulls, snatch pulls, and then 3 position snatch work during the 7:30 wod.. my hands were wrecked. I’m questioning my oly club + wod days. I’m going to have to split it up.. maybe 4:30 wod, and 6:30 oly club, I’m not sure yet.
