Trying to get better about going to Oly Club with Derek! So far, it’s been great, but I feel like I’m starting all over sometimes. I have old, bad lifting habits that I need to break that Derek is great with, but as soon as I lift heavier weight, I go back to my old, trusty form. 🙁
Anyway, after 45 minutes or so of that, on to the WOD!

10 – Box Jumps (24/20″)
I RXed it! I was one of only a handful of girls who RXed the weight, and that felt awesome!
My goal was 5 rounds, and I ended up completing 5 rounds plus 8. YEAH!
