Woo sled pushes! I took the weekend off after doing 14.1 and ended up getting all sorts of stuff done around the house. Good times. We finished putting the guest rooms back together upstairs FINALLY. We had hardwood floors installed where there was once carpet both up and downstairs, and the two final rooms that needed to be reassembled were up there. It’s just so easy to shut the doors and say.. hmm.. maybe we’ll work on this tomorrow instead…:D
So yes, with Mom and John’s help, Dave and I got the two bedrooms put back together. Dave and John also put up two new ceiling fans that we’ve had in boxes for 2 years now.. we figured with the rooms empty it was a better time than ever before to get those up. Voila!
Cleaning the house is always rewarding. Especially when we get rid of shit we don’t need or want, anymore. I guess that’s a female thing. I really dislike the actual cleaning process, but once it’s done, I’m so grateful that I spent the time doing it.
In any case.. Monday I was back at it.

Linda and I alternated between the prowler with 2 10lb plates and the prowler with 2 25lb plates, so that was a nice switch up!

15KB 70/55
12 C2B pull ups
I did the 25lb plate carry, the 55lb KB, and then I used bands for my C2B pull ups. Holy hell I was smoked. Serious shoulder workout there. I finished in, I don’t know! They didn’t post the scores to the site. Damn it.. Those 55lb KB swings SUCKED though after the OH plate carry, though! Good times.
