CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
Holly and I went at 6a for this one… good LORD that’s early! 7a is a completely different situation than 6a.. getting up at 5 am to work out is a whole new ball game. I plan on just sticking with my 7a classes, thanks. 😀

Max Unbroken wall balls in one attempt – my score was 21 because I decided to quit. I’m sure I could’ve done more, but I didn’t.
WOD was the following:
Tiffany’s Chipper
25 Double Unders
15 Wall Balls
2 Wall Climb
25 Double Unders
15 Burpee Wall balls
2 Wall Climb
25 Double Unders
15 Wall ball Situps
2 Wall Climb
or 3x singles.
I finished in 10:07. RX except for the DUs.
