My squat clean sucks.. I’d just rather clean it. Even though I PRed last time, that was before I had gotten sick, and my PR was 155, so today, when trying to do squat cleans, and 1RM squat cleans, I quit at 125. I just wanted to CLEAN it instead, hah.

Because of the 2 squat cleans each min requirement, I struggled.. I ended up doing 125lbs for my squat cleans which was HEAVY for me, but was based on my last 1RM of 155 (80%).
I ended up doing a total of 110 push ups and pull ups during the 20 min EMOM.
