Today was our awesome Crossfit gym’s 2 year anniversary! Everyone groaned at this one but I thought it would be good.. I was right. 😀

I RXed the workout, which is always good. and I got 3 rounds + 11 reps.
Now.. as I type this 4 days later, I want you to know that my butt is STILL sore from those weighted lunges, which only means I need to do more of them. 🙂
