10Min emom 3 Front Squats @ 70% Clean And Jerk max and one jerk at the end
*Bar must be cleaned from floor, power clean or squat clean.
I opted to do 5 back squats per minute for my EMOM. With my wrist really hurting in the front rack position, it was excruciating to put it into the front rack, even with just the plain bar. So yeah.. back squats it was!
I did 10 sets of 5 at 165lbs. Felt GOOD!!! I need to do more of these..
So then… Fast Forward about.. 8-9 hours… I came back to the gym and ran a mile.. without stopping!! Something I’ve never done before. Ever.. I did it in under 12 min too, which was my goal. 11:40. I want to make a better effort at doing stuff like this. Doing things I don’t like and getting better at them. I still feel so inadequate and behind when it comes to my strength over longer periods and my endurance..
