The Day Before Christmas.. One last WOD before Christmas, of course!
I maxed out at 95lbs. My 1RM for shoulder press is 105lbs, so I was pretty happy with 3 reps of 95. These are hard for me.. I drive with my legs. The strict weight pressed upwards is always a challenge for me. I’m happy that my strength has pretty much stayed the same in this area though, especially considering I limit it somewhat with my shoulder issues.
Our WOD was the following:
We did 4min at each station, 8 full rounds of tabatas.
I ended up doing 440, with singles and regular push ups. Happy!
