I Rxed my workout today!!!! Super happy about that. I finished with one of the longests time of the day but I don’t give a shit, cause I Rxed that fucker!
Anyway, yeah… 20:20 to do this WOD. It was as follows:
5 power snatches 115/75lbs (I did 75)
10 box step ups with a 20″ box and the 75lb barbell on your back (that was much harder than I anticipated!)
20 lateral burpees. (death.)
There’s always SOMETHING in the mix that makes everything else look easy peasy. The burpees, to me, are like, the kiss of death. Oh well. I DID IT.
And I took a picture of my shoulders/traps today. Weee.. I’ve worked hard for this!
