Day 102. Awesome. I’m happy with the WODs this week, for the most part anyway! They’re stuff I can actually DO, even though they’re still challenging, I don’t feel so god awful defeated all the time.
Yesterday I did 50 banded pull ups and 50 banded ring dips for time. I finished in 11:29, and we had a 15 min time cap. Weee.
The WOD was a 10 min AMRAP
1 stone to shoulder – (giant concrete ball, ground to shoulder) 93 lbs for me! (Rx!!)
10 ring push ups (this hurt my shoulder after the first set, so I switched to regular floor push ups)
10 jumping squats
I completed 6 rounds plus 1 stone to shoulder. Awesome!
