CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
I did some easy stretching on Sunday.. and then my 50 GHD situps.. it’s crazy now.. I’m not even the slightest bit sore from GHD sit ups anymore.. wtf. That only took 2 weeks for it to just, not affect me. Here I was, worried about rhabdo the first week.. sigh.
I need to step it up now, for realz.
