So… I’m so impressed by this girl!! Her name is Mary Taylor Frye, and over the course of 2 years, with Crossfit and a Zone/Paleo type diet, she went from 213 lbs to 132 lbs. Talk about total inspiration!!
She said that in the first 6-8 months, she lost about 60 lbs, and then the weight loss slowed down quite a bit afterwards, which is a good thing because it allowed for her skin to tighten as she lost more weight, and helped to prevent loose, saggy skin.
She also says she went from a size 18 to a size 2. Holy CRAP! She is a perfect example of how amazing life can be when you commit to change, when you choose to take a new road, and do something drastically incredible for yourself. Nice job, Mary!!
