MY QUADS HURT SO BADLY!!! A kind of hurt I hadn’t felt in a while. Not muscle soreness, but more like pain. Opted to take another day off and run instead.
I headed to the gym in the afternoon and ran 1800+ meters in 12:41. Ended up hanging out for a bit, and then Patrick and I decided to do some GHD sit ups too. We did an 8 min EMOM, 8 GHD situps every minute. 2 of those minutes I did 10 instead of 8, so I did 68 GHD sit ups. YEAH. Soreness will ensue in just a couple days! 🙂
