After my weekend in South Florida, I felt like I lost some serious momentum in my workouts. Sure, the rest time was good for me, but taking 3 days off really seemed like it set me back. I’m sure it’s all in my head, or least mostly.
I took Wednesday off, and went Thurs. Good day! I PRed my snatch by 5 lbs, at 120lbs. First time since September, AND I was wearing my brand spanking new Oly shoes. Wee! Maybe they really DO help. heh. I guess we’ll see with my other lifts.

I finished 87!!! I was really happy with that. My legs were shaking when I was done though. First time they’ve felt like that in months. NBD, right?? Yeah… we’ll see.
