CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
13 Minute Climbing Ladder!
This wouldn’t have been so bad, if we didn’t do 50 hip and back extensions beforehand. Those wore me out!
The ladder today was..
13 minutes of
2 push press 115/75 (I did 65)
2 push ups
2 box jumps (20in for girls)
then 25 double unders (or 15 if you suck and you have to do DU attempts only..) I can do 1 DU and 2-3 singles, and then 1 DU.. so.. I’m getting better!
increase by 2 each round, but DU stay the same.
Sooooooo. I completed 4 full rounds, so 2/2/2/15DU attempts, 4/4/4/15DU attempts, 6/6/6/15DU, 8/8/8/15DU attempts and then 10/10/10. I didn’t get to start on my 5th set of DUs.. Ah well! Was a damn good workout.
