Today would’ve been my Dad’s 70th birthday.. This rang in my head throughout the day, and really got me from time to time. I think I was happier just keeping to myself at the gym, for the most part.
Our workout was great! It was a hero WOD called DT.

12 deadlifts (75lbs for me)
9 hang power cleans
6 push jerks
I finished 2nd in my class at 9:34. I could’ve added more weight, but I didn’t want to kill my shoulders. I was happy with my decision!!
