Lately, I’ve been trying to endure more Saturday WODs than I used to, only because why not? I could use the cardio, and 2 days without working out has been stressful on my brain. So, I suck it up and go, knowing that I’ll just modify whatever I need to, if necessary.
18 min AMRAP, Partner WOD with Jamie!
Partner 1 runs 200m
Partner 2 does:
10 hang power cleans 95/65 (cake)
12 push jerks (easy peasy)
14 wall balls (pshhh)
I told Jamie I’d do all the partner 2 work if she just ran the whole time. 😀
Our final score was 7 rounds + 27 reps.
On another note: I’ve been attempting to keep fruit in the house in lieu of sweets, because if I crave something sweet and all I have are raspberries and strawberries, guess what? I’ll eat the raspberries and strawberries. Bonus if I clean them ahead of time and they’re ready to eat. It’s been working for the most part. 🙂
