THEN we went on to do 100 z-presses (seated strict press) for time. With a 35lb womens bar, I completed 100 reps in 3:07, which earned me the best time for RX girls in the gym that day. I take it when I can get it!
The final part of the WOD was burpees and ring dips, ME Alternating EMOM, yay. My final score was 105.
I happened to run out of time today, so I couldn’t braid my hair as I usually do. The result was messy. No excuses, though!
