I took some time off because I went up north to see my Mommy again! It was awesome and we had a great time, and my time with her is never enough! I also started my Flexible Dieting with WAG where you literally count and weigh every single thing you eat, and calculate your macros according to your goals. I don’t want to get into the details of it just yet, but as I progress on, I will talk about it more. I began tracking my macros and getting in the hang of weighing my food and all that, and it was a great head start for me.
The day I landed back in FL, I made sure to get to the gym. The WOD was the following:
1000m row for time
100 DU buy in
21-15-9
push press (95/65)
KB (70/55)
Burpees (I ended up doing push ups for my foot)
100 DU buy out
I PRed my 1000m row time and got 4:03.
I finished the WOD in 12:42, and it was great!
