Neck still hurts, but it’s just a slight pain now, and only really when I turn my head far left or far right. My mobility is back, yoga hasn’t helped (or maybe it has?) But whatever. I’m not sleeping well, which really sucks. Even ZMA, my magic sleeping answer, hasn’t been working, so I’m monumentally frustrated. AND. I have a giant event coming up that I’ve been planning for weeks at the gym!
Also. I’m starting to feel this weird skin sensitivity on my left arm. On the top of my left hand, on the underside of my forearm closer to my inner elbow, on the back of my arm by my tricep, and right above my elbow along the back. W. T. F. There’s no redness, no muscle soreness, no weakness. Just this weird sunburn-y, scrape-y feeling. I don’t even bother with Googling because how the hell do you google that? Right. Everything from B12 deficiency to neurological disorders came up. Nevermind. I’ll carry on with my days. and take some B12 for good measure…

I finished my 5 rounds in 14:46 and I was super psyched that I used a 20lb wall ball! Felt good to push myself with that.
