After PRing your deadlift, it’s kinda difficult to ruin your day. I went on to do the day’s WOD after all that excitement. It was the following:
21 min emom
1 : 15/12 calorie row
2 : 10 burpees over bar
3 : 5 thrusters (135/95)
I finished all 21 minutes, which gave me an RX for the wod!
