I brought a friend! I think she underestimated the intensity of crossfit, and was rather surprised by it. It was a great WOD though, but I don’t think she’ll be signing up or coming back. 🙁
I think I’m going to stop allowing people to come with me, unless they already know what to expect. People always want to know what I do, what it takes, blah blah, but when the opportunity arises to put forth the effort, there’s always an excuse, a hindrance, a reason for “why NOT”. I’m sick of the “can’ts” and quitting, so next time someone wants to try, I’m going to say “it’s really fucking awesome, but you wouldn’t be able to handle it. Sorry.”
Otherwise, it’s just a time waster, for both parties.

18 min AMRAP
30 DUs (60 singles)
10 T2B
15 Slam Balls
20 burpees
I did 3 rounds plus 61. Towards the end, I sissied out on the DUs and did singles. Faster, more fitness.
