I don’t give much thought to the days/dates until we start getting closer to the end of the month, but.. holy shit. It’s the very end of May! Like, Christmas is 6 months away again. I can’t believe how much faster time flies as we continue to get older. Bizarro.
Anyway. I had told myself all day that today would be a rest day, but… then I found myself rushing to get home so that I could chug my coffee, change and turn around to head over to the gym for the 6p class. I’m glad I made the effort, because I always feel better after a workout!
Today was a good one, one that I was ready to tackle. It was:
I didn’t do the RX weight of 155 for females because my hands are pretty sore from this week, but instead I did 135.
I used a 45lb plate and an ab mat for my HSPU. I finished in 5:30
The last time I did Diane was on my 27th day of Crossfit. March 16th, 2012 I used 85 lbs for the deadlift, I’m sure I didn’t do HSPUs very well, and I finished in 8:35. I even wrote then “Will be cool to see what I can get next time around.”
