Momma and I did our Saturday WOD together, and it was awesome!! We started off with some excellent Death by 12 Meter runs, and I got up to 14 and said okay, I’ve had enough! Mom kept going like, 2 or three more minutes after! She’s a badass, although she won’t admit it and doesn’t believe you when you tell her.. Oh Mom.
Our WOD was a 20 min AMRAP of the following:
5 wall balls, 10 burpees, and 15 air squats. I got through 8 + 8 rounds, good stuff! Awesome WOD for sure, and it was COLD out too!!
Afterwards, a big group of us met at First Watch for my Birthday Brunch! I wanted to be able to celebrate my 33 years with friends locally! So about 25-26 people came out and we all had breakfast together.
