This was another one of the WODs for Wodapalooza Fitness Festival, my upcoming 3 day competition in Miami.
WOD: 3 Rounds
3 – Rope Climbs
7 – S2OH (185/115)
11 – Burpee Box Jumps (30/24″)
The WOD for scaled was ring rows instead of the rope climbs, so I did those, along with 85lb shoulder to overhead, and 20″ box.
Finished in 8:33! That one was rough. It was great that Justin programmed these in, so those of us competing could get a baseline or an idea of what we’d be facing once we got down South. 🙂
