CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
This was one of the WODs for Wodapalooza Fitness Festival, my upcoming 3 day competition in Miami.
Strength: Max Effort Lower
1.) 1RM Thruster
2.) 3×8: Sumo Stiff Leg Deadlift – AHAP
WOD: For Time
40 – KB Goblet Squats (55/35)
60- KBS (55/35)
800m – Run
Since the WOD didn’t have an 800m run in it, but instead a 40 cal ski erg, I did that to mimic the workout. I finished in 8:18
