Holy shmoly. After deadlift day, this was a killer but it was also one that I knew I’d be awesome at!!
I practiced it initially at 75lbs, and was like, mmm.. no… not strict pressing 75lbs 10 times! I dropped it to 65lbs and that made me a happy camper.. it was doable, it only hurt my wrist a little (okay, a lot, but it was manageable hurt with my wrist wraps!) and yeah. Awesome.
115/75 pound Shoulder press, 10 reps
115/75 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
115/75 pound Push press, 20 reps
115/75 pound Front squat, 25 reps
115/75 pound Push jerk, 30 reps
115/75 pound Back squat, 35 reps
This was for time.. I finished in 11:28. 2nd one out of 6 to finish. Wee!! Looking at the board, only the boys did it faster, for the most part, and none of the girls, except Gina of course, RXed the weight. HA. Next time I will do it at 75lbs! 🙂
