CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
I love them so much, but good god, I need to stop eating them! I probably have one a day. That’s one a day too many. I convince myself they’re okay because I have one of those instead of lunch or something, but… yeah. I’m not seeing any progress and Clif Bars certainly aren’t helping! I need to start pretending that carrots and celery make a better snack. Bleh..
