Monday night, I decided I needed to get a little workout in. Since I didn’t get home til late, I used what I had around me and made it work.
I put on my Skrillex Pandora station, got my jump rope, ab mat, rubber mat and headed out to the driveway.
After a little warm up of lunges, singles, and jumping jacks, I came up with the following WOD.
15 air squats
It was only supposed to be 4 rounds, but I added another one in for good measure. It was a nice, steady pace and I finished in 12 minutes. Long enough of a workout to get my endorphins going. Love it.
