19 Front Squats (75lbs, for all the bar weights)
43 Pull Ups
3 HSPUs
19 Push Press
43 Wall Balls
3 HSPUs
19 Hang Power Cleans
43 Push Ups
3 HSPUs
19 Overhead Squats (I did back squats)
43 Jumping Lunges (butt blasters!)
wee! That was awesome. My ass has been sore for days from those jumping lunges!! That was an awesome workout.
