CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
I haven’t gotten worse, but I’m thinking I may have actually gotten slightly better. My sore throat has now just turned into congestion in my throat and sinuses. I feel stuffy but I can breathe just fine.
I’ve been completely ODing on Vitamin C and Zicam, trying to will it to go away. Alka Seltzer cold and flu, all that good stuff. Lots of liquids. I have found that I’m eating more when my throat hurts, because I think I subconsciously want to soothe the soreness in my throat. And stuff like honey and other soft foods just make it feel better. Cold Chobani yogurt, water, coffee, sweet potato brownies……..
Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel even better, so that Friday I can give it my very best shot at the Summer Crush Games. 🙂
