We began our gym-wide 30 day Paleo Challenge on Wednesday!! Excited about doing this with everyone else, because… I’ll make great progress becaaaause it keeps me more motivated when it’s a competition!
We had a benchmark WOD that Russ made up.. we did it Wednesday and we’ll do it again at the end of our 30 days, to see how our times compare after eating well.
