Crossfit Day 613 – 100 Squats for Time – 6/9/16

I had to come in, because it was

100 Air Squats for Time! A good one.

then 50 Push Jerks 115/75

then 100 Air Squats

I just had to beat Russ, not anyone else! #quadcity

I finished in 11:15!
