This day was a cool day. It was something doable but man, doing complexes gets HEAVY and fast.

1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 front squat
*goal is to increase weight each minute*
4 rounds for time
50 double unders
10 front squats (135/95)
I maxed out at 135lbs for my 10 min EMOM complex. I was going for higher, but whatever.
My time for the rest of the WOD was 7:06. I did singles, but 95lb FS.
