CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
No benchmark WODs today, but that’s okay! My left trap has really been bugging me lately, probably from all the flexing I’ve been doing.. so it’s sore now, and I’m sure today’s workout didn’t help much, heh. ANYWAY, today we did the following:
For our strength WOD (warm ups) 4 Rounds:
8 rows
8 strict pull ups (banded)
8 PVC pipe pass throughs
For our WOD: 4RFT
10 Push Presses (75lbs)
8 KBS 1.5pd (53 lbs!)
80m shuttle run (suicides, for those of you who did sports in high school..)
I finished at 11:38. 🙂
