I still hurt, but I’m still coming back. Today we had resisted push ups, which I didn’t want to do. I did regular push ups instead. Totally cool.
First we had a bunch of strict and kipping pull up drills. I did like, a fraction but I still did some. I wish my hands were stronger/tougher, and you know, I was 50lbs lighter..
