3 – OHS (95/65)
3 – Strict HSPU
*Add 3 reps each round
Because they didn’t want us using a weight plate for the HSPUs, I had to do them on a box. That sucked! I hate the scaled version of HSPUs, but whatevs, I did them. I finished 4 rounds + 1.
