Good lord, what is happening to me? RXed another WOD, so awesome! It was the following:
WOD: 9 Minute Ladder
5 – Wall Balls (20/16)
2 – Box Jumps (30/24)
*Add two box jumps each round.
I got through my 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and then did my 5 wall balls and 11 box jumps on my would be 8th round, so. 7 + 16 was my final score. AWESOME!
I loved that one. I prefer 24″ box jumps, I feel like I land them better. I don’t know why.
Also, I need to be adding an amino acid update here soon! Trials, errors, what I like, don’t like, what works, what does nothing, what keeps me up at night. I will work on this soon, I promise!
I took yesterday (25th off) and intended on going today (26th) but with it being Dave’s birthday (birthday dinner at Ruth’s Chris!) and getting held up at the office because I wanted to finish some things, it just didn’t happen.
Tomorrow is Kalsu, which is my inaugural CFTC WOD. I’ll just say I’m resting up for Kalsu. 🙂
