I expected to be sore today, but I wasn’t really. In fact, I felt really good. (new amino therapy?? Maaaaybe!! That’s a separate post!)
In any case, today I went at 4:30p, because my friend decided to hold another water kefir party this evening. Oh yeah! I didn’t tell you all, I learned how to make water kefir last week! Cool stuff. Again, that’s a separate post!
Today was Bring a Friend Day, but I went solo. Most of my friends are already CrossFitters, and those who aren’t have no intentions of becoming one, so.. yeah. Oh well.
Debbie, this awesome older lady who totally bonded with my mom when my mom was coming to CFTC, was my partner today! The WOD was the following:
400m run
100 wall balls
400m run
100 T2B
400m run
100 box jumps
400m run
100 fire hose slams
400m run
We rowed instead of ran, and that was awesome! We finished in 26:55. Nice work, Deb!!! She totally held her own and we rocked it. 🙂
