So I found out after the Saturday WOD that we’ll probably drop our strongman club to once a month, which I understand! It keeps it interesting and new and fresh for everyone. This week we did yolk carries, and cleans with the axles. (not fun with smaller hands!)
The regular Saturday WOD I agreed to do because Bre, a friend from the gym, said she’d say if I’d stay, so we partnered up.
The Saturday WOD was:
100m suicide run (partner 1)
100 kb swings (half and half between partners, and you don’t start til partner 1 gets back from run)
100m suicide run with KB (partner 2)
100 kb thrusters (50/50)
100m suicide run with KB (partner 1)
100 kb snatches (50/50)
100m suicide run (partner 2)
Whew. That was a rough one! We finished, we did the work, and it was great. 🙂
