Was a good one! We’ve been doing a ton of T2B it seems, lately. And they just flat out hurt my hands. I hate it when my hands hurt! Oh well.

I did the ski erg instead of running, which was great cardio for me! I used 125lbs on the bar, I believe. Or 115. Of course I don’t remember. Either way, it was heavy. I finished my 3 rounds in 11:23.
