My 1RM 500m row was 1:49.5 which I was pretty happy with! Only 4 seconds, not even, behind Lauren, and well, 12 seconds behind Anne, who’s a beast! I’d rather compete for 4 seconds than 12. 😀
The WOD was great. I ended up doing 8+5 rounds. The T2B kill my hands though. I was able to power through them faster by doing the half assed ones. It sounds terrible, but man, when I wreck my hands, I can’t do anything else. I feel like I’m building them back up right now. It’s a work in progress, and it feels like I’ve fallen out of my good habits and into so-so ones. It sucks. But, I’m climbing back up. 🙂
