Nothing to really report on this one, although I did walk in and do a crapload of double unders, with no warm up. Like a set of 20 and then a set of 30. People were just watching in awe as I did them, which I was both like “eeeek!” with excitement and “hey.. why are you surprised that I can do this?” haha..
Anyway, the WOD.

30-KB Snatches (55/35) (15L/15R)
30-Pistols (Alternating Legs) (I did goblet squats with the KB, pistols suck for me)
100 – Double Under Buy out
I did singles for the majority of the WOD but when I felt spunky I threw in a few DUs.
Finished in 31:18. Bleh.
