Back Squats, Front Squats. I’m getting back into a lull here with CF. Don’t want to be hurting and sore, and after being on my feet for several hours a day, I’m just not feeling it lately. WTF.
Anyway… This one definitely made itself known a day later in the glutes! Kinda loved it. I kinda wanna go to the gym just to do weighted lunges now.

20-Abmat Sit Ups
I did 3 rounds plus 33.
After the first round, I did back racked lunges instead. THOSE WERE SO HARD. 85lbs for girls. Eesh.
