My final WOD before I went out of town, and let me tell you, Kelly is AWFUL. Awful awful.. one of those WODs that will just make you cry and feel like a total failure cause goddamn it, this shit will NEVER END.
Kelly is:
40 min time cap
5 RFT
400m run
30 box jumps
30 wall balls
Holy moly.
I ran the first round, and the last 3 rounds I rowed instead. I only made it through 4 rounds and I called it quits. I finished in 36:09, so I wouldn’t have made it through my 5th round anyway, no way.
Yeah it was awful. I can only get better, right?
